Lucy Sharp
An HR professional by background, Lucy has broad range of experience in large-scale, complex organisations in both the public and private sector. From working alongside executive directors in leading transformational change to providing strategic and operational support to senior managers, she has a real understanding of the challenges and opportunities that leaders encounter in the workplace.
As a natural extension to her HR experience, Lucy is an accomplished coach, providing impactful coaching programmes and helping leaders and ‘rising stars’ from a wide range of organisational backgrounds to reach their true potential.
Quickly establishing rapport, Lucy builds an environment of trust and confidence in which clients feel able to speak frankly about their experiences and identify their coaching needs. With a focus on making quick progress early on, Lucy also supports clients to sustain and build on the positive change they have achieved.
Lucy has undertaken both ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) and EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) accredited Performance and Leadership Coaching Qualifications. She abides by the EMCC Standards and Ethics and undertakes regular CPD and professional supervision.
In addition to her coaching qualifications, she also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
